Not a law firm. 247 Legal Docs LLC is a document preparation and support service. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or representation. We cannot recommend which forms to file or how to proceed in a legal matter. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

1. Who we are

247 Legal Docs LLC ("247 Legal Docs," "we," "us") provides legal document preparation, immigration and translation support, process server coordination, appellate and litigation support (formatting and filing only), printing and copy services, remote online notarization and apostille coordination, credit repair and financial training, credit card and loan readiness (education and referrals), virtual office and registered agent services, business formation support, and travel document services — from our office at 60 Park Pl, Suite 208, Newark, NJ 07102 and online nationwide. 2. Information we collect

Contact details you provide (name, email, phone).
Information needed to prepare your documents, which you submit through our intake forms and secure upload.
Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve our service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and improve the services you request, to communicate with you about your order, to process payments, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we protect it

Documents are uploaded and delivered through encrypted channels and stored securely. Access is limited to staff working on your order. Notary session recordings, where required by state law, are retained securely for the period the law requires.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us deliver your service (such as our payment processor, e-signature provider, notarization platform, and assigned process servers), and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Terms of service

Scope of service

We prepare documents based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for reviewing your documents before signing, filing, or submitting them. We do not guarantee any particular legal outcome.

Payment, turnaround & revisions

Prices are shown before payment. Government and state filing fees, where applicable, are separate and disclosed up front. Turnaround times are estimates. Revision policies are described in your service agreement.

Refunds

If we have not started work, you may request a full refund. If work is in progress, refunds are prorated as described in your service agreement.

7. Credit repair — CROA disclosures

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to:

Receive a written contract before any credit repair services begin.
Cancel that contract, without charge, within three (3) business days.
Dispute inaccurate information in your own credit report yourself, for free.

We do not charge for credit repair services before they are performed where the law requires payment only after performance. We will provide the full statutory "Consumer Credit File Rights" disclosure before you enroll.

8. Remote Online Notarization

Notarization is provided remotely (online) only. Our notary is commissioned in New Jersey and may notarize for signers located elsewhere as permitted by law. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is offered where permitted by applicable state law. Identity verification is required by law, and sessions are recorded and retained as the law requires. We cannot notarize documents that are ineligible under your state's rules.

9. Appellate & litigation support

Our appellate and litigation support is limited to clerical and formatting work: preparing tables of authorities and tables of contents, checking citation format, formatting briefs to a court's rules, assembling the record or appendix, and printing and filing. We do not draft legal arguments or write briefs, and we do not select issues or advise on strategy — that is the practice of law. Drafting of legal argument is available only through a licensed attorney.

10. Credit card & loan readiness

Our credit card and loan assistance is limited to education, coaching, and referrals. We do not charge any upfront fee to obtain credit or a loan for you, we do not broker loans, and we do not guarantee that any lender or card issuer will approve you. Where we refer you to a lender or card issuer, we may receive a commission from that provider at no additional cost to you.

11. Affiliate, referral & "coming soon" services

Some services we offer rely on affiliate or referral relationships — including business-formation, lender, insurance, and travel partners. When you use them we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed in accordance with FTC guidance.

Certain services are shown as "coming soon" and are not yet available: tax preparation and bookkeeping (offered once an IRS PTIN is in place), the insurance desk (offered once properly licensed), and the shipping and courier desk (offered once carrier authorization is approved). We do not collect payment for these services until they launch.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
